  • Grade level(s)

  • Number of students & staff

  • Estimated number of parents

  • A contact phone number

Homeschool & other groups — please reserve your spot as well. Inddividual families do not need a reservation.

Payment Details

Schools:

  • Please have students turn in their money to the school ahead of time (doesn’t apply to homeschool groups).

  • We prefer a school check or credit card upon arrival.

  • Cash is discouraged – it has to be counted in front of teachers, and that slows everybody down at check-in.

  • Need to pay by invoice? No problem — just let us know ahead of time. Invoices must be paid the day of the trip to help us keep attendance numbers accurate.

  • When y’all arrive, send just one person to admissions to pay and pick up your armbands.

    • You can go straight to the front of the line — no waiting needed.

    • Then head back to the bus and pass out armbands before your group enters the farm through the designated field trip entrance by your bus.

Microschools, daycares, & those that don't have busses: Those that the school is paying for(ie. staff & students) need to come together through the credit/debit line to get checked in.

Parents & Siblings:

  • Parents and siblings can pay at the gate or online ahead of time.

    • We accept cash or cards at the gate(but cards make things quicker). No checks please.

    • Online parent/guest tickets will be available on our field trip website page. Online tickets have additional platform fees but also provide convenience.

  • Homeschool & other families can pay individually at the gate just like always.
