To help serve you in the safest and most efficient way, we now take debit cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, and Apple Pay at every kiosk. No cash is accepted beyond admissions.
Our cash visitors are able to pay for admission with cash and then load their cash onto a Jackson Farm gift card in the entrance tent to use at food venues, token booths, and the General Store. Gift cards are non-refundable but do not expire. We can also take prepaid cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
We have chosen to do this to keep our lines moving as fast as possible and keep our family, employees, and visitors as safe as possible.
NOTE: On school field trip days, we can take cash at admissions, concessions(except the Watering Hole), the kids gift shop, and General Store. But a card is still preferred and encouraged by parents when possible.
Look for our Cash Conversion Station In The Admissions Tent!
Once you arrive at the farm, parking is easy and convenient right off Hwy 117. Parking is all open and free. So find your space and make your way to the check-in area. There is also a second parking lot just past the farm by New Hope Baptist Church. It will be the first one you reach if you are coming from the Batesville direction. This is a good place for large vehicles or anyone hauling trailers also. Between our two parking lots, we have plenty of space for everyone.
Yes! With any official military ID active duty or retired you can get in to the farm for Free! Thank You For Your Service To Our Country. This discount is for the service member only. Excludes families.
No. Unused tickets cannot be refunded and will expire at the end of the season. We recommend either purchasing Purchase Protection or not purchasing tickets until the day of your visit if you are unsure whether you will be able to attend or not.
Tickets can also be sent to someone else to use via email, text, or printed on paper.
If rain dampens your visit here at Jackson Farm and you feel you are not able to enjoy our farm, please stop by Admissions and we will be happy to give you a Rain Pass. You are welcome to return with your Rain Pass on a future date during our current season.
We cannot control the weather and during rainy weather days we try to keep as many attractions open as possible. At times, however, some attractions(or the farm) need to be closed down because the safety of our guests and employees is extremely important to us. Please remember that it is YOUR decision as to whether or not you choose to visit our farm when the weather is in question and while we offer Rain Passes, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS on admission tickets. Please keep an eye on our website and socials for weather updates and farm closures.
Refunds will only be made by Jackson Farm on Special Event tickets, Fire Pit Rentals, and Birthday Party Packages under the conditions that the farm closes and the event cannot be rescheduled.
Yes. You are allowed to come during our open season on Saturdays and Sundays. We do not allow sessions outside of our festival hours as we are a working farm. We have zinnia fields, sunflower fields, and a small pumpkin patch. There are many photo ops throughout. Many photographers will purchase a Season Pass to have access to the fields all season. Everyone must purchase admission to enter the farm. You are responsible for getting any props too and from. Please be respectful of other guests in the fields.
We would love it if you would tag us in your photos on Facebook and Instagram (@visitjacksonfarm and #visitjacksonfarm) and feel free to share them with us for a chance to be featured on our website and in our socials! Please watermark your photos before sending.
Here is a glimpse of some of the photos that have been taken here at the farm.
Why Yes, Here it is.
Sorry, Due to the number of people and animals on the farm, we only allow service dogs unless there is a special day planned for pets that season.
We are a farm and have grassy fields and wide gravel walkways on a slight incline. We do have real bathrooms with a concrete walkway out front and a pavilion set on concrete with a great view of the farm. We have quite a few handicap visitors that find it doable with a little extra assistance. We have placed picnic tables and benches throughout. Wagons perform better than strollers for children.
Yes, you are allowed to bring in a picnic, snacks, and drinks.
Yes we do! However, we cannot guarantee 100% celiac friendly. GF items will be marked on the menu but include the chili, hotdogs and hamburgers(without the bun), and BBQ meat. We know we are not able to accommodate every dietary need so you are also welcome to bring in your own food and drinks.
We do not allow alcohol.
No, we do not. We purchase all of our merchandise and products outright. If you offer wholesale, feel free to reach out and see if we'd be a good fit for your products.
Yes. Each Fall we sell our baby goats, baby pigs, rabbits, and other misc animals. Forms can be found in the Petting Barn during our festival and animals need picked up at the end of the season in early November. A deposit must be made in order to claim an animal. Animal sales are available for visiting guests only during our festival. Any animals not claimed by the end of the festival will be available to the general public. We also may post random animals for sale throughout the year during our off season.
