Cashless - what does that mean? How do I pay?To help serve you faster and safer, we encourage the use of debit and credit cards at the farm. For those who need to use cash, we will still have an admissions lane for cash visitors and a cash conversion station under the entrance tent where you can load your cash onto a visa gift card that you can use at our food venues, token booth, and General Store. Gift cards are not able to be refunded but because we are using Visa gift cards, they can be used anywhere and not just at our farm. Our preference for cards is for safety and efficiency reasons only. However, our cash visitors are important to us as well and we hope you find our visa gift card option is easy and convenient to use. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@visitjacksonfarm.com. The only exception is for field trips where we can take cash at admissions and concessions although cards are still preferred.
-
What happens if it rains? We are a rain friendly farm and the water doesn’t stick around for long so no need to worry about any amount of mud. We will try to remain open if at all possible. However, If we need to close, we will post on our social media or you can reach out to us to double chack. If you purchased tickets on our website, they are good for any day we are open during that particular season.
