Minimum group size: 250 people

Ticket pricing: $15.98 per person

Food Options

Choose one option for your group ahead of time:

  • Burger Combo: $10 – Burger, chips, and water/tea

  • BBQ Combo: $12 – BBQ sandwich, chips, and water/tea

  • Hot Dog Combo: $8 - Hot dog, chips, and water/tea

  • Bring Your Own: Self-catered by your company

Add-Ons

  • Sides: $4 - choose two - Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Green Beans, Sweet Potato Casserole

  • Desserts: $3 - choose two - Fruit Cobbler, Banana Pudding, Strawberry Cake, Sugar Cookies

  • Canned soft drinks: $1 each

Catering may not be available during the festival season. Please inquire.

Add-Ons

Premium Snack Add-On: $8/person

  • Choice of funnel cake, lemonade, or kettle corn

 

Activity Tokens: $10/person for 2 tokens

Redeemable for:

  • Face painting

  • Paintball Barn

  • Pumpkin cannons

  • Pony wheel

  • Extreme corn hole

Estimated Pricing

Most packages average between $26–$40 per person(plus tax) depending on your food and activity selections. Outisde of that, it's just the fire pit, tent, or pavilion rental! Straight forward and easy peasy! 

Seating & Space Options

If your event lands during Fall Festival hours, you’ve got two great options for gathering for your group:

  • Large Fire Pit Area

    • Rent all 3 for $375 per time slot (limited availability)

    • Includes 3 covered awnings, 6 picnic tables, 3 fire rings, and hay bale seating. Bring lawn chairs.

    • Fire pits may also be used by general farm guests — book early to reserve your spot!

  • Private Tent

    • Private tent rentals available through AR Tents. Will check pricing upon request.

If your event lands outside of festival hours, the pavilion may be available for use.

 

Other Good-to-Know Stuff

  • No company is too big! We can accomodate you.

  • Each attendee will be given a punch card(if needed) with thier company's chosen options.

  • Unavailable dates: October 10, 17, and 24, 2026.

  • You willl be sent an invoice for the amount owed.

  • No refunds for no-shows — thanks for understanding!

Wanna come during the off season? We can host corporate groups outside regular festival hours also. Activities and options available may vary.
