Choose one option for your group ahead of time:

Premium Snack Add-On: $8/person
Choose one: Funnel cake, lemonade, or kettle corn
Activity Tokens: $10/person for 2 tokens

Face painting
Paintball

Corn hole
Each guest gets a custom punch card with their event package — they’ll redeem it as they go!
Estimated Pricing
Most packages average between $24–$44 per person (plus tax) depending on your food and activity selections. Outisde of that, it's just the Fire Pit or tent rental! Straight forward and easy peasy!
Seating & Space Options
If your event lands during Fall Festival hours, you’ve got two great options for gathering for your group:

Large Fire Pit Area

Rent all 3 for $375 per time slot (limited availability)

Includes 3 covered awnings, 6 picnic tables, 3 fire rings, and hay bale seating. Bring lawn chairs.

Private Tent

Private tent rentals available through AR Tents. Will check pricing upon request.

Fire pits may also be used by general farm guests — book early to reserve your spot!

Wanna come during the off season? We can host corporate groups outside regular festival hours also. Activities and options available may vary.
