FIELD TRIPS
Field Trips are available for Preschool through 6th grade, homeschool families, and disability groups.
When?
September 19th - November 1st, 2024
Thursdays & Fridays from 9am to 2pm.
Wednesday, October 9 - Homeschool & Sensory Friendly/Disability Day
Admission

Admission is $11.00 (tax included) for students.

Admission is $11.00 (tax included) for parents at the gate.

School staff are free.

Family members that are two and under or in the military are free.

Season Passes accepted.

Pumpkins are NOT included in admission price.
Scheduling
To schedule your trip, please email info@visitjacksonfarm.com or call/text 870-761-1897.
We will need the name of the school and grade level of kids. Please include the number of kids and staff and approximate number of parents. Must Provide a contact number.
Reservations preferred by individual homeschool families as well.
Payment Info
We Prefer a school check or credit card upon arrival. We discourage cash payments as they must be counted in front of teachers and therefore could delay your school getting into the farm. Students need to turn their money into the school before coming. Please only send one person to admissions upon arrival to pay and collect armbands. Take them back to the bus to put on kids before entering the farm through the designated field trip entrance.
Parents and siblings will pay at the gate. You DO NOT need to purchase a ticket online beforehand for field trips as those will not be discounted. Homeschool families can pay individually at the gate.
We accept credit cards and cash on field trip days, but credit cards are preferred.
CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FROM PARENTS.
Activities Included:
There will be a welcome session with Farmer Bill in the pavilion at the beginning of your field trip and then a self guided tour of the farm including:
an educational corn maze designed specifically for field trips that takes about 20 minutes to walk, a hay ride, the big slides, jumping pillows, tire mountain, mud kitchen, see saws, duck races, corn pit, hoop n holler basketball, petting barn, barn swing and jungle gym, obstacle course, ball zone, tire swings, tube swings, COW TRAIN, and MORE!
Activities Not Included:
Weekend corn maze, zip lines, pedal karts, pig races, and activities that take tokens such as the pony rides and face painting.
Concessions

Please bring a sack lunch for the kids.

Concessions are limited on field trip days and only available at the Pavilion and Watering Hole. The Pavilion can take card or cash. The Watering Hole is card only.

Picnic tables are provided at your lunch location. You will be given a lunch location upon arrival.

You are responsible for getting your lunches to your lunch location.

We have real bathrooms with flushing toilets

Parking is free and spacious, easily accessible for busses

Please find a way to keep up with belongings such as jackets

Smoking is not allowed inside the farm but is allowed in the parking lot

The General Store is OPEN during field trips for parents and we will have a kids gift shop at the pavilion.

Pumpkins and mums WILL be available for sale.
When?

The farm is open for birthday parties during our festival season on Saturdays and Sundays.

Saturdays from 10am - 2pm or 3pm -7pm.

Sundays from 12pm - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 7pm.
Reserving

Our Birthday Party Package(NEW!) is an add-on to a fire pit rental(small or large).

Includes 10 admissions and 20 tokens for extra activities.

To reserve your Birthday Party, select the fire pit size, time slot, and location you desire and click the Birthday Party Package Add-on option.

Don't forget to claim your 10 admissions!

The Small Party package is $300 plus taxes/fees.

The Large Party package is $380 plus taxes/fees.

You are welcome to bring in outside food and cake, decor, and presents. There is a 10ft picnic table or two provided at each location but don’t forget your lawn chairs for extra seating!

CHURCH GROUPS
Want to bring your church group to the pumpkin patch? AWESOME!
Admission

1. You can purchase all your tickets online in advance. We have group rates on general admission tickets(25+). You would then show up together or print off the emailed tickets and give out to each family to meet you there.

2. Or, Because we know it can be difficult to know exactly who and how many may come, you can print off your own custom paper ticket with your church name on it and hand them out to your group prior to your arrival at the farm. You can then pay for your attendees at the end of your visit. If a person falls under the senior, military member, or 2 and under category, make sure they write that on their ticket so you are not over charged for payment. We will collect the custom tickets at admissions to be counted up and paid for by the church at the end of your visit. If you choose to print off your own ticket and pay at the end, please let us know in advance at 870-761-1897.

NOTE: If each family/person is paying for themselves, you can disregard the above and simply let them know which fire pit your church has reserved, if you are reserving one. The group rate cannot be applied when tickets are purchased individually or at the gate. Must be paid for in one transaction either online or using the custom paper ticket method.

We have two size options for fire pits that will fit most groups or you can rent multiple to customize to your needs. The small holds up to 20 comfortably and the large is great for groups of 20+. Visit our fire pit rental page for details and to reserve your spot(s) today!

You are welcome to bring your own potluck and don’t forget your lawn chairs!

Musical instruments are welcome for playing around the fire.
Corporate Events
We host corporate events! Treat your company to a day of Fall fun at Jackson Farm!
The minimum group size for a corporate event is 250 attendees.
